Filiz provides a recurring subscription of organic baby clothing delivered to your door. Each box is curated based on the preferences you provide at sign-up. Sizes and items may vary between boxes.
Your subscription renews automatically each cycle (monthly, seasonal, or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged on the day your box ships. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, with no cancellation fee. If you cancel after a box has shipped for that cycle, no refund will be issued for that cycle.
You may return outgrown items using the prepaid label included in your box. Credits earned from returns are applied to your next box and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
We size boxes based on the information you provide. If an item does not fit or is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a swap or refund at our discretion.
All content on filizbox.com — including designs, photographs and text — belongs to Filiz or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Filiz is not liable for delays caused by postal services, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
