Subscription & billing

Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel after your first box, no questions asked. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose yearly billing.
Can I pause or skip a box?
Yes. From your account dashboard you can pause for 1, 3 or 6 months — perfect for travel or busy seasons. Skip a single delivery any time before it ships.
How do refunds work?
If anything in your box doesn't fit or you don't love it, send it back within 14 days. We'll either refund you or send a replacement — your call.
When am I charged?
On the day your box ships, every cycle. We email you 3 days before with a preview of what's coming.

Sizing & clothing

How do you choose the size?
We use your baby's age, height and weight, and we always size up slightly so the clothes have room to grow into.
What ages do you cover?
Newborn through 36 months — sizes 0 to 3T. Bigger sizes are coming soon.
Can I choose styles or colors?
When you sign up you'll set preferences — neutral palette, bright tones, or full surprise. You can update them any time.
What if my baby grows fast?
Just update the size in your dashboard. Your next box will reflect it. You can also request an early box.

Returns & the loop

How do I return outgrown clothes?
Reuse the same Filiz box. The prepaid label is in the welcome card. Drop it at any post office — we'll email when it arrives.
What credit do I get back?
15% on Starter, 25% on Seasonal, 30% on Family — applied to your next box automatically.
What happens to the clothes I return?
They're inspected, washed at low temperature, and either re-circulated to the next family or donated to local newborn programs.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Free across Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. International shipping is available from €6 — see checkout for full rates.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days within the region; 5–10 days internationally.
Can I track my box?
Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it ships.
